Donc Clavilithes parisiensis dite macrospiratus qui n' est rien d' autre qu' une parisiensis à spire élevée. Cette particularité me semble être dû à la jeunesse de la coquille! Lors de sa croisssance (100 mm. et plus) les tours deviennent de plus en plus épais, surmontés d' une crête de plus en plus imposante ce qui réduit l' aspect macro de la spirale. Elle est mise en synonyme de Clavilithes parisiensis subscalaris sur le site du MNHN! Et a bien souvent changée d' intitulé en un siècleTaille: 50,98 mm.

So Clavilithes parisiensis called macrospiratus which is nothing but a high-spire parisiensis. This peculiarity seems to me to be due to the youth of the shell! During its growth (100 mm. and more) the round become thicker and thicker, surmounted by an increasingly imposing ridge which reduces the macro aspect of the spiral. It is put in synonym of Clavilithes parisiensis subscalaris on the site of the MNHN! And has often changed title in a century Size: 50.98 mm. Size: 50.98mm.
